My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit old and not as clean as I would have liked for a 4-star hotel, but they were spacious and had facilities for disabled guests. The lack of heating was a downside. The service was a bit of a hit and miss, with some incompetence in delivering messages, but the breakfast room staff were excellent and very friendly. The location, right in the train station in Zaragoza, was perfect for my needs, especially for accessing the EXPO. The dining experience was noisy and chaotic, more like a youth camp, but the wood-fired pizzas were a good option. Overall, it was an average experience with some noticeable flaws.

I absolutely loved the hotel's amazing view over the railway station and the wonderful first impressions of my clean room, although I later noticed some stray hairs all over the place. The room did have a slight lingering smell as if a cat had previously been there.
Rooms

The rooms looked really nice at first, but I spotted some stray hairs later. The view over the railway station was wonderful, but there was a slight smell in the room.

6.4/10
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and cozy, but the view was of a dual carriageway or the train station. The service was friendly and efficient overall, although one staff member seemed a bit dismissive. The location, right in the Zaragoza Delicias train and bus station building, was convenient for our short stay but lacked any special charm. The dining options were mediocre, not meeting the expected standards for a 3 or 4-star hotel.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and cozy but lacked proper equipment and could feel cold.

5.4/10
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, being right above the railway station, making it ideal for a stopover. The service was mixed, with kind and polite staff but seeming under pressure. The dining experience was noisy and chaotic, more like a camp than a hotel, although the food quality was good. Despite facing challenges in the rooms, like cold temperatures and train noise, the overall experience was decent.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms lacked certain amenities like bathrobes and slippers, and the bathroom could get really cold at times, which was inconvenient. We had to endure the noise from passing trains, and my room felt frozen. This made it a hassle having to walk in and out often due to the heating issues.
Service
6.0
The staff members were very kind and polite, which was nice. However, it seemed like they were under a lot of pressure, and at times, there was a lack of attention to detail. Despite this, they were still helpful, especially during our late arrival.
Location
7.0
The location right above the railway station was both a convenience and a challenge. It was great for travelers not wanting a car, but the underground access was difficult to find, and the car park exit was a nightmare. Being near the train and bus stops was helpful, though, especially for those heading to Barcelona.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag. While the food quality was good, there were noise issues in the restaurant area, making it feel more like a youth camp than a hotel.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had basic facilities, and the dining area was more youth-oriented than expected. Noise levels and rule violations were noticeable.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was an issue with cigarette smoke and maintenance problems that needed attention. The service was a bit of a hit and miss with some staff being friendly while others seemed uninterested. The location, right in the train station, was convenient for transportation but also noisy at times. The dining experience had some flaws in terms of food quality. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, but the smell of cigarette smoke was a downside. We had to switch rooms due to this issue, and the second room had maintenance issues like a broken light and messy pillows on the couch.
Service
5.0
The service had its ups and downs. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others seemed distant and unresponsive. There were some issues with communication and the functionality of the fax machine.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location right in the train station was convenient for transportation, but it also meant constant noise. It was ideal for those relying on the train system but not so much for those seeking a quiet environment.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit disappointing with some low-quality food options. However, there was a decent variety available. The value for money was not as good as expected.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered standard facilities, but nothing particularly outstanding. There were no comments regarding extraordinary amenities or services that stood out.
